While I was showering...

This is what my little hellions angels decided to do while I was in the shower this morning.

Kate decided to take matters into her own hands, since apparently Andie needed a bath with all the fixins'.

Kate's Favorite Movie (at the moment)

See if you can guess what Kate's favorite movie is from this video clip.

What was your favorite movie when you were a kid?

Picture Survey (a.k.a. another time waster)

The rules are to do a Google image search based on your answers to the following questions and post the first result:

How old will you be on your next birthday?

What is your favorite place?

What are your favorite things?

(Okay, so I cheated on this one. But, hey these kids are cuter than any I found doing a Google image search!)

What is your favorite food?

Ahhhhh! The chocolate cake at Black Angus....and I don't even like chocolate cake. But this dessert is to die for!

What is your favorite color?

What is your nickname?

Where were you born?

So, if you are reading this, feel free to do it on your own blog. It would be fun to get to know y'all better. Happy Posting!

Sleeping Beauties

There's nothing in the world that can compare to watching my girls sleep. It's the one time of the day when they are quiet and peaceful. I love sneaking in after they have fallen asleep, and just watch them while they sleep.

Andie sleeping with her "Nanny" a.k.a. her blankie.

Kate sleeping on the couch.

I saw a Hallmark card once that reminds me of this. On the front it had a picture of a mom looking in on her sleeping kids. Under the picture it read, "If only I could think of them as sleeping."

Inside it said, "Instead of recharging."

Bring on the pain!

My neghibor and I are starting a workout program. I've done this program before, and I've never been so sore in my life. So I'm dreading the first week, but I think it will get easier after that. It will be good because we'll be able to motivate each other, and share our triumphs.

Bring on the pain!

As for tonight, I'm savoring my last bowl of Moose Tracks. Wish me luck!

So, what do you do to stay in shape?

Our Holidays in a nutshell

We decided to travel over the mountains and through the woods to Grandma Terry's house in Denver for Christmas. The girls were excited to see all the cousins, and for Santa to come.

This is what the girls found on Christmas morning.

I think Santa did good with the wagon.

Kate loved opening presents.

So did Andie.

This is the present Kate picked out for Andie. I have a feeling I'm going to be hating all those balls in about a month!

Later Christmas day, the rest of Rob's family came over, and we did the family exchange. Andie got quite bored, and was content to curl up on her daddy's lap with her baby and cell phone.

When we got home from Denver, my parents were here from Indiana. It was fun to spend some time with them, and the girls loved having their Bama and Papa around. Andie would just walk up to my dad, and say "UP!" I don't think she's ever been held so much in her life! It was cute.

For New Years, we decided to check out Provo's First Night. It was held at the Provo Towne Center Mall this year, and thought we'd go see what it's all about. Kate loved watching the fireworks, and it was pretty fun. We didn't stay too long, because Andie was ready for bed. We came home, had some snacks, and visited with my parents. I think we were in bed and asleep before the ball even dropped.

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
