My neghibor and I are starting a workout program. I've done this program before, and I've never been so sore in my life. So I'm dreading the first week, but I think it will get easier after that. It will be good because we'll be able to motivate each other, and share our triumphs.
Bring on the pain!
As for tonight, I'm savoring my last bowl of Moose Tracks. Wish me luck!

Ouch--I'm sore just reading this! Seriously though, I think I'll print this out and possibly try it. I've gotten back on my Taebo/Core Ball workout routine, but I am a little bored with it. I also am frustrated that I can't quite get back to where I want, so maybe a little extra oomph will help!
Since I don't have a treadmill, and I refuse to run outside in the freezing weather, I'm replacing the running with Tae Bo. I think they're just wanting some kind of cardio workout.
In the past week, I have lost 7 pounds!!! I, definitely, have found a way to lose this amount of pounds in one week, but I do not reccommend it. Believe me--do not get the stomach virus that is circulating!!! I thought I was feeling better, so I hit the gym-after biking 10 miles, I found myself again worshipping the porcelin goddess!!! So, stick with Taebo. It isn't as disgusting!!
